Pokémon 30 Promotion Terms

The following are the terms and conditions of the Pokémon 30 Promotion ("Promotion" and "Promotion Terms"), which is operated by LETSGO INTERACTIVE INC. ("Company", "us", "we" or "our"). Participation in the Promotion shall be subject to the provisions below and the Company's Terms and Conditions ("Terms") Privacy Notice ("Privacy Notice") and the General Promotion Rules ("General Rules").

By participating in the Promotion, you hereby represent and warrant that you have read and shall be bound by these Promotion Terms, the Terms, the Privacy Notice, the General Rules, and all other terms and conditions relating to your activity in the Company's services. In the event you do not agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms or the Terms, or any amendment, you must not participate in the Promotion or otherwise take part in any activity provided by the Company or to withdraw and discontinue your participation.

Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms.

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

General

You agree that in order to participate in the Promotion (including, without limitation, in order to win any reward), you will fully comply with all applicable laws and provisions that apply to you and to us, including, without limitation, these Promotion Terms, the General Rules and the Terms.

There is no cost to enter the Promotion, or any obligation associated with participating in it, except as described below.

Eligibility

In order to be eligible to participate in the Promotion you hereby represent and warrant that you:

  • reside in the United States;
  • have an account registered with the Company, in accordance with the Terms;
  • are at least eighteen (18) years old;
  • follow the Company on Instagram or X (formerly Twitter);
  • are eligible under all applicable law to engage with or participate in the Promotion; and
  • have the full right and authority to engage with our services.

How to Enter the Promotion and Selection of Winners

The Promotion will begin on September 24, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time, and end on October 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period").

Eligible users may enter the Promotion through one of the following methods: (i) a registered user with the Company's services who deposits at least $50 (fifty) and uses the full deposited amount to purchase packs during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. Each eligible user may receive a maximum of one (1) entry through this method, regardless of the total amount deposited or spent; or (ii) a registered user may receive one (1) free entry into the Promotion, without making purchase or payment, by sending an email to promotion@letsgooo.com during the Promotion Period. This email must include: (a) the user's username on the Company's services; (b) a screenshot demonstrating that the user follows the Company on Instagram or X (formerly Twitter); and (c) title the e-mail: "Pokémon 30 Promotion Entry".

All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Entries received after the Promotion Period has ended will be void. The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant and to disqualify any entrant who fails to satisfy the applicable entry requirements or submit a fraudulent, inaccurate, or incomplete entry.

Following the conclusion of the Promotion Period, the winners will be selected through a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The winners will be announced by October 7, 2026.

The choice of winners is final and binding, unless stated otherwise in these Promotion Terms.

Prizes

The prizes awarded in connection with the Promotion (collectively, the "Prizes") will be as follows: (i) the 1st (first) place winner will receive one (1) factory-sealed Pokémon TCG 30th Anniversary Celebration Elite Trainer Box; and (ii) the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th (second, third, and fourth) place winners will receive, each, one (1) factory-sealed Pokémon 30th Anniversary Booster Bundle.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemable for a cash equivalent.

The winners of any Promotion are solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the Prizes and paying any expenses associated therewith which are not specifically provided for in the Promotion Terms.

The Company will notify each winner by email using the email address associated with the winner's Company account.

By engaging with this Promotion, you allow the Company to contact you, for the purpose of administration of the Promotion and awarding of Prizes.

It is your sole responsibility to notify us in writing if you changed your contact details during the period of engagement with our services, including through the Promotion Period.

Prizes will be delivered to winners in accordance with our Shipping Policy, unless Company, in its sole discretion, has any reason to believe the winner is not eligible to engage with our services or to be awarded the Prizes.

Additional General Terms

Company may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion, Promotion Terms and any of the Prizes or benefits offered hereunder, including without limitation, where required for security reasons or any other reason, at its sole discretion, to comply with applicable laws, due to abuse or otherwise where due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g. epidemic, earthquake, strike, war, act of God etc.) or if our service is not capable of being conducted as specified.

Company reserves the right to change the Prizes and terms of these Promotion Terms at any time and without prior notice.

If we become aware of any fraud, deceit, misconduct, dishonesty or similar action concerning you engagement with our services, or if you act or acted in a disruptive manner or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or if you breach or breached any of these Promotion Terms, Terms or any additional applicable laws and rules which apply to your use and engagement of this Promotion, then (i) we reserve the absolute right to automatically and immediately disqualify you or invalidate your participation in the Promotion, and (ii) we also reserve the right to seek damages and other remedies from you to the full extent permitted by law. If fraud, deceit, misconduct, dishonesty or other action is only discovered after any applicable reward has been granted to you, then you shall be required, upon demand, to return the Prize (or provide equivalent compensation) to us immediately upon receipt of our demand to do so.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any behaviour that harasses, intimidates, or negatively impacts other participants in the Promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, abusive language, threats, or disruptive conduct. Any participant found engaging in such behaviour will be immediately blocked or suspended from using the Company's services and any Prizes won or participation in the Promotion will be deemed void and nullified.
